This is for a service industry with several USA and International locations. Seeking “total rewards” . Leader in developing total compensation functions in a creative, flexible and dynamic manner. Established centers of expertise in compensation, benefits, shared services, HRIS, and HR practices. Launch and update compensation, benefits and employment practices. Capable in hands-on leadership to support day-to-day activities yet have the executive presence necessary to obtain strategic buy-in. Experienced in developing and deploying global total compensation programs aligned with business strategy. These include position evaluation, broadbanding, stock and stock simulation, incentive programs, deferred compensation program, total rewards philosophies and executive compensation programs.
